Terms of Service

The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Claymore platform, dashboard, API, and agent software. By creating an organization or deploying an agent, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Your responsibilities
You may deploy agents and honeypots only in environments you own or are authorised to administer. You are responsible for the security of your API keys, for the accounts you grant access to, and for complying with the laws that apply to your monitoring activity — including any notice or consent obligations to your own personnel.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack systems you do not control, to under-report the identities you protect, to resell access outside an agreed partner arrangement, or to interfere with the platform's operation or other customers' use of it.
Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Subscriptions run for a one-year term and bill in advance, either monthly or as a single prepayment for the year. Fees are based on the number of protected identities covered, subject to the minimum commitment published on the pricing page. Trials convert to a paid subscription only if you choose to subscribe. Protected identities added during a term are billed from the date they are added and take effect immediately; reductions take effect at renewal. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data and ours
You retain ownership of the data your agents send. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you. We retain ownership of the platform, the agent software, and the detection content that ships with it.
Availability and disclaimers
Deception is one detection layer among several and is not a guarantee that an intrusion will be caught. The service is provided as-is except where a written service level agreement applies to your plan. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
